Kodak Black Indicted On Sexual Conduct Charges

According to Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements, the finesse kid has been indicted on sexual conduct charges that occurred last November by the Florence County Grand Jury.

The report states the incident took place back in February at the Treasure City nightclub in Florence where the rapper allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl. The victim reported the attack to her school nurse who shared the information on to the attorneys leading the rapper to be arrested. Kodak Black was then released in December on a $100,000 bond.

Kodak Black is restricted from speaking and commenting on these allegations or his bond will be prevoked. If the 20-year old rapper is convicted, he can face up to 30 years in prison.
